Solutions Engineer II (SaaS): Bridging the gap between hirify.global's technical capabilities and customer needs with an accent on delivering tailored solutions to enterprise clients. Focus on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to act as a trusted advisor.

Location: Remote within EMEA

What you will do

Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate how hirify.global delivers value.
Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives for diverse audiences.
Create technical proposals, diagrams, and proof-of-concept solutions.
Advise clients on headless content management best practices and integration strategies.
Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of hirify.global’s implementation partners.
Work with the product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.

Requirements

Fluency in English, French, and Dutch
2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM)
