What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Insurance industry, primarily P&C insurance.
• Win and drive consulting engagements within the German/Swiss market.
• Grow the consulting team and achieve targeted revenue goals.
• Collaborate with technology teams to build proof of concepts and go-to-market initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership in the insurance domain.

Requirements

• Deep Insurance domain experience in P&C Insurance as primary domain.
• Experience in German/Swiss market nuances and consultative selling.
• Proficiency in Insurance technology such as Guidewire and Duckcreek.
• Working exposure in key value chain areas like underwriting/claims management.
• Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Process Redesign, and Program Management.
• Fluent in English and Swiss German.
