What you will do

• Own and elevate creative execution for digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Design and deliver best-in-class video and static assets, including key visuals, motion pieces, thumbnails, and media assets.
• Produce 100% of assets using AI tools, defining workflows for accelerated ideation, production, localization, and iteration at scale.
• Prototype, pitch, and validate new creative formats using insights from performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.
• Set creative and technical standards for AI-assisted design and video production, documenting best practices and workflows.
• Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback, creative direction, and guidance on craft and AI usage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in digital design, motion, video, and AI production, ideally in fast-paced or performance-driven environments.
• Proven experience owning creative projects end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to achieve optimal outcomes in assets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and how design decisions impact results.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Generative AI tools for image, video, copy, and ideation.
• Experienced in integrating AI into everyday workflows.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in Madrid.
