What you will do

  • Own design execution for Juniper AU growth initiatives across web and lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Drive high-quality, conversion-focused design across web and mobile surfaces.
  • Iterate rapidly from problem definition to release while maintaining design craft and patient empathy.
  • Translate complex clinical and behavioral requirements into intuitive, accessible user experiences.
  • Collaborate with growth, copy, CRO, legal, and engineering teams to deliver patient-first solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and speed.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a digital or product designer with a portfolio of shipped, metric-moving work.
  • Strong grasp of design processes, frameworks, and product design judgment.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clear, intuitive design solutions.
  • Ability to own work end-to-end and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for designing healthcare solutions that empower informed patient decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, DTC, or other regulated industries.
