What you will do

• Improve data reliability by setting up effective test plans.
• Optimize end-to-end testing across integrated applications.
• Increase system performance through thorough analysis and validation.
• Ensure quality is embedded in every step of the DevOps way of working by providing test expertise.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams and product owners, actively participating in sprints and advising on test approaches.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities, acting as a quality ambassador.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Lead or senior tester in complex environments.
• Experience with Quality Assurance mentorship and guiding a team.
• Several years of experience with Oracle FlexCube.
• Experience with context-driven, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
• Experience with API testing and SQL validations.
• Demonstrable experience with structured test methods such as ISTQB or TMap.
• Demonstrable experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Speaking and writing fluently Dutch is a must.
