What you will do

• Design and engineer large-scale business banking systems using React Native.
• Take end-to-end ownership of systems, embracing a DevOps culture (You build it, you run it).
• Utilize Generative AI tools to increase productivity and enhance decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the technical vision and mentor colleagues across the organization.
• Drive business impact through engineered solutions rather than just lines of code.

Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience designing and engineering large scale systems.
• Strong technical background with React Native, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, and tools such as Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work well cross-functionally and earn trust from co-workers at all levels.
• Comfortably organized amongst chaos and capable of seeing potential impact across the wider business.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks for multi-step AI reasoning.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
