Salary: $125,000–$175,000 yearly (Offers Equity)

What you will do

• Lead implementation kickoffs and technical discovery to understand customer pricing models and integration requirements.
• Design and recommend approaches for mapping complex business logic to hirify.global's platform capabilities.
• Guide customers through API design, event ingestion, webhook configuration, and invoice customization.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and unblock customers.
• Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for strategic accounts, building relationships with engineering, finance, and product teams.
• Identify common friction points and advocate for product improvements, contributing to documentation and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a technical post-sales role (solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical account management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integration concepts.
• Comfortable with SQL and navigating complex data relationships.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
• Ability to debug integration issues and explain technical tradeoffs.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the New York Office 3 days/week.
