What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers in creating cascade materials, FAQs, and resources for app products, features, and enhancements.
• Manage the website’s content to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Manage the repository of app interface, push notification, SMS, in-app inbox, Viber, and email communications, including their logic and triggers.
• Write user interface content with correct grammar, cadence, and brand voice.
• Review business requirements to create appropriate copy.
• Conduct A/B testing on copy and create solutions based on user feedback, usability testing, and metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working for human-centered product companies.
• Experience working in Marketing and/or a startup or fintech company.
• Outstanding UX ability, visual design, and product thinking for mobile apps and websites.
• Comfort with an iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback.
• Strong collaboration with Design Team members, Product Managers, and Engineering in Agile cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity and experience in using design tools (Figma, Framer) and ticketing tools (Jira).
