What you will do

• Define project objectives and requirements with internal & external stakeholders.
• Prioritize requirements, define scope, and manage project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans and schedules.
• Partner with development teams to ensure on-time, quality project delivery.
• Serve as project owner, proactively anticipating and resolving issues.
• Be accountable for project delivery, product quality, cost, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Program or Technical Product Management within a Chip Design/VLSI organization.
• Solid, hands-on experience in digital or mixed-signal IP design/SoC development.
• Strong project management skills, with PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good leadership, ownership, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• MSEE preferred.
• Knowledgeable about interface IP like DDR, HBM, Serdes, UCIe.
• Familiar with mixed-signal IP design flow and methodologies, Verilog/RTL coding & Verification.
