What you will do

• Design and implement features for a global delivery platform, tailored to local challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to manage project priorities and deliverables.
• Contribute to designing and evolving system architecture for current and future growth.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in backend development with mandatory proficiency in Golang.
• Hands-on experience with Design Patterns, Software Architecture, Algorithms, and automated tests.
• Good knowledge of relational & distributed databases.
• Understanding of development lifecycle and collaboration with agile teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
