What you will do

• Utilize core consulting and Salesforce technical skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools.
• Lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
• Scope and design features and enhancements to the platforms to meet wide-ranging business requirements for customer experience.
• Advise on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
• Work closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and testers.

Requirements

• Expertise in Service Cloud
• Proficiency in OmniStudio
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Proficiency in Apex programming
• Strong integration skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps for deployments
• Salesforce Certification in Public Sector Solutions
• Core Salesforce Certifications (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1)
• 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions
