Production Designer

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Auckland, open to hybrid working in our office 2-3 days per week.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Produce high quality digital assets across web, social, paid media, email, and presentations.
• Adapt and scale designs across various formats, sizes, and placements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Accurately apply established brand guidelines and templates across all digital outputs.
• Prepare and deliver assets ready for handoff across digital platforms.
• Support print production tasks, including layout adaptations and basic print file preparation, with guidance.
• Implement feedback efficiently and accurately, maintaining attention to detail under tight timelines.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• 3+ years of proven experience in digital production design.
• Excellent understanding of digital layout, typography, colour, and brand systems.
• High attention to detail with strong quality control instincts.
• Ability to manage multiple production tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with structured feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics.
• Experience with AI assisted production.
• Experience with design systems.
