TL;DR

Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor/AI): Driving end-to-end execution of CAD and design services development and enablement programs with an accent on streamlining workflows using productivity and AI tools. Location: Santa Clara, CA. Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information (US citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).

Salary: $108,220–$162,100 per annum

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end execution of CCDS development and enablement programs, including planning, schedule management, milestone reviews, and risk tracking.
  • Run daily and weekly execution cadences for CCDS activities, managing agendas, tracking action items, and following up with global stakeholders.
  • Coordinate advanced technology and process-node enablement, ensuring CAD readiness for leading-edge technologies.
  • Lead CCDS communication efforts by producing newsletters and delivering operational updates.
  • Apply advanced productivity tools to build operational dashboards, consolidate metrics, and visualize workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting, automate documentation, summarize information, and streamline PM workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve key operational systems, including JIRA processes, Confluence documentation, and SharePoint organization.
  • Identify gaps, improve processes, standardize workflows, and drive operational excellence across CCDS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5 years of related professional experience, or Master’s/PhD with 2-3 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor domain experience, with a deep technical background in ASIC or AMS design flows, CAD flows, and infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of engineering program management experience with hands-on cross-functional execution.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and leverage productivity tools across documentation, planning, automation, and data visualization.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, advanced formulas).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent flow-charting tools, Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, and OneNote.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using enterprise AI tools (MS Copilot, Glean, Zoom AI etc.) to accelerate daily PM work.
  • Strong experience with JIRA (workflow configuration, dashboard creation, JQL queries, automations) and managing Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments for navigation, file operations, and log collection.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information as defined under applicable law (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
