What you will do

• Analyze GTM performance data to identify insights, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
• Support segmentation, account prioritization, and territory planning efforts.
• Manage recurring reporting for pipeline, funnel metrics, lead flow, and revenue performance.
• Own key Hubspot operational components (configurations, quotas, team structures, compensation elements).
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for self-service analytics and create SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations & Strategy, or similar, ideally for a SaaS or Fintech company.
• Foundational skill set in finance, financial services, or an analytical sales finance role.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, sales reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience with Hubspot.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide analytical support.
