TL;DR

Customer Integration Engineer: Investigating, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations for an enterprise SaaS platform with an accent on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms. Focus on analyzing customer systems, solution design, and technical troubleshooting of complex integration issues using Ruby and/or Python.

Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru, India. Must be flexible to work in UK shifts.

What you will do

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and support logic and flows for product integration with internal customer data systems.
  • Assist customers in understanding technical solutions required to integrate hirify.global with their internal systems.
  • Become a subject matter expert in relevant areas and document technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to identify innovative API solutions.
  • Coordinate technical troubleshooting activities with customer and platform teams.
  • Provide third-level support and manage support escalation tickets and upgrades.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a comparable role with a focus on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato.
  • Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or solid understanding of SaaS / iPaaS implementations and customer onboarding.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools like GitHub and GitLab.
  • Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python, as well as scripting and data formats like PowerShell and JSON.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English are required for this customer-facing role.

Nice to have

  • Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • AWS Certification.
  • Automation using REST API.
  • IAM in SaaS (SAML, OAuth, AzureAD).
