What you will do
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and support logic and flows for product integration with internal customer data systems.
- Assist customers in understanding technical solutions required to integrate hirify.global with their internal systems.
- Become a subject matter expert in relevant areas and document technical specifications.
- Collaborate with customers and team members to identify innovative API solutions.
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting activities with customer and platform teams.
- Provide third-level support and manage support escalation tickets and upgrades.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a comparable role with a focus on B2B API integrations and low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato.
- Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience or solid understanding of SaaS / iPaaS implementations and customer onboarding.
- Working knowledge of DevOps concepts, including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning tools like GitHub and GitLab.
- Proficiency in Ruby and/or Python, as well as scripting and data formats like PowerShell and JSON.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English are required for this customer-facing role.

- Automation using REST API.
- IAM in SaaS (SAML, OAuth, AzureAD).
