What you will do

• Take design ownership of major product features, shaping daily experiences for procurement teams.
• Audit and improve user flows, identifying and reducing friction and complexity across all product modules.
• Own interaction design for challenging workflows like multi-step approvals, supplier collaboration, and agentic AI-interactions.
• Structure a scalable design system for AI-assisted prototyping and establish quality gates for AI-generated designs.
• Conduct user research with buyers and suppliers to deeply understand their workflows and validate interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to ensure design flows are effectively implemented.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools and structuring design systems for machine-readability.
• Deep Figma proficiency.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid work permit for Germany.
• This role is based in Berlin and is Office-first.
