Data Analyst Lead

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL, USA

Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage and implement program data verification processes across multiple clients.
• Manage daily Salesforce operations including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts, and participate in release management.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues, proactively identifying database enhancement opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day user support, training, and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor, and measure performance.
• Analyze complex data, develop reporting tools, and support accurate forecasting.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and previous data related experience is required.
• Prior basic Salesforce administration experience (configuring users, objects, fields, and page layouts).
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Certified Salesforce Associate or Administrator.
• Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azure or other dashboarding/data management tools.
