What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on enterprise, operational, regulatory, and commercial risk.
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor risks across the organization.
• Own and drive initiatives aimed at addressing key risk items.
• Lead cross-functional risk programs and remediation efforts.
• Develop and maintain pragmatic risk frameworks, controls, and mitigation plans.
• Establish reporting and governance processes, leveraging risk management platforms and tooling.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, consulting, strategic operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering cross-functional initiatives or programs end to end.
• Experience using risk management platforms, GRC tools, or similar systems to track and manage risk items.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance concepts relevant to modern businesses is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial, operational, and functional teams to implement scalable, business-aligned risk solutions.
