What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter resource regarding fraud investigations and intelligence.
• Assist and consult on claims with red flags, providing desktop investigative assistance.
• Drive innovation by integrating advanced AI and vendor tools into claims processes.
• Monitor and refine fraud analytic models to ensure effectiveness and limit false positives.
• Analyze intelligence from large datasets to uncover fraud patterns and anomalies.
• Utilize predictive modeling tools to analyze fraud trends and provide mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and/or Major Case auto insurance investigation experience.
• 2+ years of professional business analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Detailed understanding of tailoring Verisk/ISO and other fraud detection technology platforms.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of medical fraud investigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience investigating fraud on California auto insurance claims.
