TL;DR

Manager, Business Development (SaaS Partnerships): Building and expanding hirify.global’s capital-driven partnership motion to drive enterprise growth through investor-led ecosystems with an accent on translating capital relationships into tangible commercial outcomes. Focus on sourcing, structuring, and activating capital-backed partnership opportunities across complex, multi-entity deal structures and supporting portfolio enablement.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA). Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Cannot be hired within the city limits of Chicago.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Build, manage, and expand hirify.global’s venture capital and private equity relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investment teams and portfolio executives.
  • Source, structure, and activate capital-backed partnership opportunities, including platform and roll-up strategies.
  • Leverage investor relationships to drive introductions, pilots, and enterprise opportunities.
  • Identify investment-backed platforms and support adoption of hirify.global as a standardized solution.
  • Track pipeline, performance, and revenue impact for capital-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in business development, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, or capital-adjacent roles.
  • Direct experience working with or alongside VC and/or PE firms.
  • Strong understanding of PE platform strategies, roll-ups, and portfolio dynamics.
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B SaaS environments and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to own partnerships end-to-end from sourcing to execution and measurable revenue impact.
  • Credibility and confidence engaging with investors, operating partners, and senior executives.
