What you will do

• Design and operate secure, scalable identity architecture (SSO/MFA, RBAC, SCIM).
• Own MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) for macOS and Windows, including provisioning and configuration.
• Automate IT workflows, SaaS provisioning, and software deployment using scripting and IaC (Terraform, Git).
• Implement and sustain controls for SOC 2 and PCI, define SLIs/SLOs, and serve as Tier 2/3 escalation.
• Lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior engineers, and produce clear documentation.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for IT/productivity and automate helpdesk workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years in IT systems/infrastructure engineering with independent project delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta/Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf Pro/Intune, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom administration.
• Strong automation skills (Python/PowerShell), API proficiency, and event-driven workflows.
• Experience with AI Toolings (ChatGPT, Glean, Cursor) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Git).
• Security mindset including DLP/EDR, hardening baselines, audit readiness (SOC 2, PCI), and incident response.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence decisions.
