What you will do

• Lead and direct a talented team of software engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.
• Provide technical support and direction to teams and team leaders.
• Manage individual and team performance, including identifying staff training and development needs.
• Coordinate walkthroughs and reviews, ensuring conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements

• Solid experience in software engineering and/or hands-on software development team management.
• Experience leading software development projects.
• Technical skills in software development, architecture, and design.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Formal education in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1+).

Nice to have

• Experience in public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with generative AI principles and product implementation.
• Demonstrated leadership on medium or larger projects impacting strategic priorities.
• Ability to cope with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure environment.
