Salary: $276,379.20 – $349,538.40 USD (annual base salary, Tier 1)

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure or software development, with 2+ years in a management or technical lead role.
• Experience making technical decisions and providing guidance to solve complex problems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL in large-scale, highly available production environments.
• Deep expertise with Datadog and modern observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing, SLOs).
• Proven experience designing, documenting, and driving scalable reliability practices.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America and be available for on-call rotation.
