What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing Account Associate team focused on experimentation and growth.
- Partner with Growth and RevOps to design, launch, and iterate on automation experiments.
- Define a playbook for demand interception and signal-based selling.
- Recruit and coach Account Associate candidates, fostering an inclusive and innovative culture.
- Develop operational rigor, define metrics, and build feedback loops.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of SDR management experience with AE closing experience.
- Proven ability to design new motions and test unconventional go-to-market tactics.
- Strong operational mindset with ability to design experiments, track performance, and systematize learnings.
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about breaking the traditional sales development mold.
- Curiosity about AI and ability to translate technical product signals into GTM actions.
- Passion for hiring non-traditional profiles and building diverse teams.
