Content Game Designer (World of Warships, PC)

Content Game Designer (World of Warships, PC): Responsible for the initial configuration of game entities such as ships, armaments, and buildings for the World of Warships PC project, alongside maintaining accurate technical documentation. Focus on translating technical specifications into game data, process improvement, and active participation in cross-departmental interaction.

Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia during probation period, then hybrid (3 days from office) in Belgrade, Serbia.

What you will do

• Set up and configure game entities (ships, armaments, buildings).
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Read drawings, draft technical specifications, and input game data.
• Improve and automate game design processes.
• Actively interact and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical disciplines, with software development experience.
• English: B2 or higher.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Demonstrated analytical and creative thinking, curiosity, and patience.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge and experience playing World of Warships.
• Previous game industry or game designer experience.
• Knowledge and passion for ship design.
• Experience with Python, graphic editors, or version control systems.
• Familiarity with 3D applications or game engines.
• Advanced Russian language skills.
