What you will do
- Leads and optimizes operational processes and cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitors performance indicators, identifies risks and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinates complex operational activities and ensures delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Works closely with management to align operations with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Provides guidance and knowledge sharing to junior and mid team members.
- Supports people-related initiatives, team efficiency and retention.
Requirements
- Strong experience in operations, delivery, coordination or project environments.
- Experience optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
