What you will do

• Leads and optimizes operational processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitors performance indicators, identifies risks and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates complex operational activities and ensures delivery within timelines and quality standards.
• Works closely with management to align operations with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Provides guidance and knowledge sharing to junior and mid team members.
• Supports people-related initiatives, team efficiency and retention.

Requirements

• Strong experience in operations, delivery, coordination or project environments.
• Experience optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
