TL;DR

Application Specialist/Trainer (Radiology): Supporting the deployment, optimisation, and adoption of hirify.global products across customer sites with an accent on workflow mapping, system configuration, and customer support. Focus on translating clinical workflows into effective system setups and delivering product training for optimal adoption.

Location: Hybrid in the UK (Manchester or London offices), with regular customer site visits and routine working from home. Must have a full driving licence, valid passport, and access to a personal vehicle.

Salary: Competitive salary with an annual remuneration review and performance bonus programme. Β£250 annual home-working allowance.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Project Teams to deploy CRIS for customers, including workflow mapping, configuration, validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Translate clinical and operational workflows into effective system setups to improve departmental productivity.
  • Review software releases, interpret technical updates, and create customer guidance and documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying enhancements and feeding back to Product teams.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and customer relationships, managing expectations during deployments.
  • Deliver product training in various formats (Train-the-Trainer, end-user, internal knowledge sessions) both on-site and virtually.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare, Radiography, Medical Imaging, Health Informatics, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams).
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information for varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyse workflows, solve problems, and advise customers on system functionality.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a full driving licence, valid passport, and access to a personal vehicle.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on CRIS/RIS experience or equivalent RIS knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Radiology Department processes.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and ERP systems.
  • AET or other adult teaching/training certifications.
  • Experience using Articulate 360 or similar eLearning tools.
