What you will do

• Define and implement RCT data governance strategy in Azure and Databricks environments.
• Establish and drive adoption of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Define and maintain data ownership and stewardship models.
• Develop rules for data classification, lineage, cataloging, retention, and access management.
• Provide governance support during on-premise to cloud migration initiatives.
• Embed governance-by-design principles into data platform architecture and solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or information governance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure data services and Databricks.
• Proven experience delivering governance in on-premise to cloud migration programs.
• Experience with data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, and access governance.
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Hungarian and English.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Familiarity with Collibra tool.
• Certifications in Databricks, Azure, or DAMA CDMP.
