• Understand and challenge customer requirements, then discuss and implement solutions.
• Test the chosen solutions and support the hirify.global Gain product.
• Improve maintainability, system performance, and continuous integration and delivery.
• Reshape the product for the cloud and experiment with new technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across company, division, product area, team, and individual levels.

Requirements

• C# and .NET development experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of testing practices such as TDD, agile testing, test automation, and various test methodologies.
• Understanding of system performance optimization.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD).
• Must be able to work in Vienna, Austria under a hybrid model.
• English proficiency required for all corporate communication.
