Location: Onsite in Prague, Brno, or Pilsen, Czech Republic

What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of Manual QAs across multiple software development teams.
  • Establish clear expectations around quality ownership, testing standards, and release readiness.
  • Champion risk-based testing and exploratory practices aligned with product goals.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, set growth goals, and mentor QA engineers through career development.
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
  • Own quality readiness for releases and continuously improve QA processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading QA or testing teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing practices, exploratory testing, and test strategy.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring QA professionals.
  • Ability to communicate quality risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for building inclusive, empowered, and high-trust teams.
