What you will do
- Lead and support a team of Manual QAs across multiple software development teams.
- Establish clear expectations around quality ownership, testing standards, and release readiness.
- Champion risk-based testing and exploratory practices aligned with product goals.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, set growth goals, and mentor QA engineers through career development.
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Support.
- Own quality readiness for releases and continuously improve QA processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading QA or testing teams in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of manual testing practices, exploratory testing, and test strategy.
- Experience coaching and mentoring QA professionals.
- Ability to communicate quality risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
