What you will do

• Implement and configure Egress solutions for small to mid-sized business customers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and security awareness practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
• Support senior colleagues and mentor junior team members.
• Complete all policy requests received from customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related IT Security position.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analysis ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and result-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to work from Melbourne, Australia.

Nice to have

• Two-year degree.
• Familiarity with firewall and email protocols.
