Join us in #Vilnius! We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is about owning recruitment end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
🔵 Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
🔵 Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to offer coordination
🔵 Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, databases & referrals
🔵 Run structured interviews to assess skills and culture fit
🔵 Improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows with hiring managers
We're seeking someone with 2+ years’ recruiting experience in FinTech/payments/financial services, strong stakeholder management, direct sourcing expertise, and fluency in English, Russian, and Lithuanian.
💶 Salary: €2,500–€3,500/month + performance bonuses
