Salary: $128,842–$232,200/year (with OTE $144,000–$258,000/year)

What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams on architecting scalable and reliable products utilizing infrastructure platforms.
• Debug reliability and scalability issues across all stack layers.
• Develop hirify.global’s internal platform infrastructure using Chef, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Create centralized tooling, services, and automation frameworks for scaling operations and improving workflow.
• Manage incidents, respond to availability issues, and provide support, preventing future incidents through retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Strong programming skills, Ruby and/or Go preferred.
• Experience with Linux and Unix Shell.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, or similar data technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across global remote teams and manage multiple tasks.
