What you will do

• Lead content design for complex, high-impact product initiatives, shaping end-to-end experiences from early concept through launch and iteration.
• Define and evolve scalable content systems, language patterns, and voice guidelines for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to embed content strategy early.
• Solve advanced content challenges including naming, taxonomy, information architecture, and system messaging.
• Act as a strategic thought partner across Product, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Customer Experience.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve content quality, scalability, and personalization.

Requirements

• Typically requires 8–10 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or language design for consumer-facing digital products, ideally in mobile-first environments.
• Deep expertise in content systems, voice and tone, accessibility standards, and inclusive design principles for global audiences.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners through clear thinking and thoughtful communication.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, from defining long-term content direction to refining microcopy details.
• Continuously evolving craft, seeking feedback, and applying research and data to improve outcomes.
• Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work, understanding how to apply them thoughtfully.
