What you will do
- Provide Service Desk support via phone, e-mail, and Jira.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in production environments.
- Coordinate major incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Monitor production applications, servers, and networks.
- Maintain current knowledge of internal Standard Operating Procedures and iGaming products.
Requirements
- Prior experience with ITIL or similar Process Management Systems.
- Strong organizational skills and focus on superior customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong time management skills in a high-volume work environment.
- Must be able and willing to operate in a 24/7 shift work environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the Online Gaming industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a computer-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical certification(s).
