Location: Hybrid, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, requiring office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Enhance AI model confidence and accuracy to improve product performance.
• Develop and refine complex data queries and reports for team collaboration.
• Perform ongoing data analysis to present valuable insights to clients.
• Shape and optimize data processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Imagine and deliver insightful analysis to improve user experience.
• Monitor and manage the existing fleet of AI models in the field.

Requirements

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and Python (particularly Pandas library).
• Experience handling large datasets (from thousands to hundreds of thousands of rows).
• Experience visualizing large datasets.
• Experience with AWS.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights and adapting communication style.
• Pro-active and critical thinking, with an ability to create new processes.
• English language proficiency (B2 required).

Nice to have

• Experience with Grafana, JupyterHub, and PostgreSQL.
• Willingness to learn and suggest machine learning approaches for data problems.
