What you will do

• Lead the FICO workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, driving solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate functional workshops and define end-to-end Finance & Controlling processes within a global template.
• Design complex FI and CO functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices and project architecture.
• Coordinate and mentor the FICO team to ensure quality and timely delivery of workstream deliverables.
• Manage integration with MM/SD/PP modules and collaborate with architects on overall solution design.
• Support test planning, data migration, cutover strategy, and hypercare stabilization activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work onsite in specified cities
• 7–8 years of experience in SAP FICO with hands-on configuration and architecture-level solution design.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation projects or major workstreams.
• Deep expertise in FI and CO processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, IO, Product Costing, and closing activities.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Fiori, parallel ledgers, and event-based processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English or German; knowledge of both is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced Finance components like Central Finance, Group Reporting, FSCM, DRC, and BTP extensions.
• SAP certification in Finance or Controlling.
• Experience mentoring juniors or building FICO competency within a team.
