Location: Remote-first, with engineers mainly across Europe (core hours CET ±2)

What you will do

• Design and build robust, scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship new features.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code (Python, Go, or Node).
• Improve performance, observability, and infrastructure reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and system design.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in backend or fullstack development.
• Proficiency in one or more modern languages (Go, Python, TypeScript/Node).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Comfortable working in a modern DevOps environment (Docker, GCP/AWS).
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up development, such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Pragmatic mindset and great communication in async-first setups.

Nice to have

• Experience in devtools or infrastructure platforms.
