Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for the person who is obsessed with social media. You're constantly scrolling, always aware of the latest trend, meme, or sound. You likely run your own blog or create content just for fun. You're a fountain of ideas, have a deep understanding of internet culture (especially English-language trends), and aren't afraid to get in front of the camera. Age and formal years of experience are secondary. What matters are "burning eyes," a relentless drive for results, and hands-on experience growing something to 1M+ monthly organic reach. You're not just a manager; you're a creator and a community builder.

Key Responsibilities & Impact

By the End of Probation (3 Months):

• Build the Foundation: Develop a clear, data-informed content strategy focused on reach and engagement.
• Launch & Innovate: Introduce new, engaging content formats and execute first creative collaborations.
• Deliver Initial Growth: Achieve tangible traction to prove the strategy.

Within 3-6 Months:

• Build Community: Foster an active, engaged community that interacts with your content, not just consumes it.
• Scale Impact: Significantly grow your initial traction into meaningful reach.

Within 1 Year:

• Establish Dominance: Solidify our position as a top-of-mind brand on social platforms. We'll set ambitious new targets together based on the foundation you build.

• Reference Check (with three prior managers)

Requirements

• Algorithm Nerd: You understand why videos go viral (hooks, watch time, retention), not just that they do.
• Hands-On Creator: You are a shooter and editor. Proficient with CapCut or similar tools; ready and willing to film and appear in content yourself.
• Cultural Immersion: You live in TikTok/Reels feeds (especially English-language ones) and intuitively understand internet culture and memes.
• Strategic Thinker: You can translate the goal of "reach" or "community" into a systematic content plan, not just random posts.
• Proven Results: A portfolio or case study showing you've developed channels to 500k – 1M+ monthly organic impressions. Own blog/side project experience is a huge plus.
• Ultimate Ownership: You take personal responsibility for metrics and growth.
• English and Russian.
