Test Specialist

TL;DR

Test Specialist: Defining and maintaining test policies, managing customer relationships for testing activities, and developing/implementing test automation frameworks with an accent on improving test automation processes and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Focus on identifying P1 defects for automation, analyzing test results, and mentoring team members in best practices.

What you will do

• Collaborate in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan.
• Manage customer relationships and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager.
• Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyse test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Test management and execution.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in test automation.
• Must have hirify.global product knowledge.
• Experience with Test Master, Tosca, JUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Soap UI, Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker.
• Proficient in Testing Concepts and able to perform client facing discussion.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Good to know scripting language JavaScript or Python.
