What you will do

• Develop training materials, including videos, guides, and walkthroughs for software implementations.
• Create social media-style content for internal communication platforms.
• Collaborate with engagement managers to understand project requirements.
• Film and produce training videos for new software features.
• Develop internal training materials, including LMS tutorials.
• Work with support agents to ensure proper training on software tools.

Requirements

• Experience in instructional design or training content development.
• Proficiency with video production and editing tools.
• Ability to create step-by-step documentation and visual guides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with training software platforms and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
