What you will do

• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and resolve them within allowed timeframes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with fraud and customer disputes teams to determine case actions.
• Investigate individual transactions and account patterns through data analysis to identify trends.
• Collaborate with analysts, specialists, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention mechanisms.
• Maintain strong domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating and resolving fraud incidents.
• Experience analyzing data and making impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, business judgment, and communication skills.
• Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in processing chargebacks, fraud claims, or live transactions against fraudulent activity in e-commerce, banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
