Location: Hybrid in Riga, Latvia, with the office as the main workplace.

Salary: €4,300–€5,800 gross monthly

What you will do

• Design and build new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Improve developer documentation, code examples, and demo applications.
• Ensure high availability and implement best security practices for IAM services.
• Guide business initiatives on IAM integration patterns and practices.
• Provide technical leadership to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with C# and HTML/CSS.
• Strong background in IAM protocols including OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.1, and SCIM.
• Hands-on experience with IAM services such as Azure Entra ID, OKTA, or Curity.
• Understanding of role-based and/or attribute-based access control.
• Experience with cloud resources (virtual machines, containers, serverless, IaC, gateways).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required for an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with React for frontend development.
