What you will do
- Investigate credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and take action to resolve disputes within allowed timeframes.
- Collaborate with fraud and customer disputes teams to determine next steps on a case-by-case basis.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends to improve loss prevention.
- Maintain strong domain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
- Handle escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in processing chargebacks or investigating and resolving fraud incidents.
- Experienced in analyzing data and making impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong business judgment and communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in processing chargebacks or fraud claims in e-commerce, banking, fintech, or financial institutions.
- Available to start within two weeks following an offer.
