What you will do

• Act as a key support to the Regional Sales Head and Regional Director for day-to-day sales operations.
• Coordinate sales activities, follow-ups, and internal communication across teams.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Create and update client presentations, proposals, and management decks using PowerPoint.
• Assist in client meetings and visits along with the Regional Director, including preparation of meeting materials and post-meeting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for client visits with senior sales leadership as required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
• Exposure to IT services or technology consulting organizations.
• Experience with CRM tools and internal reporting systems
