Data Team Lead

TL;DR

Data Team Lead: Driving the development of an internal media buying tool, scaling the business with advanced data engineering, modeling, and reporting solutions. Focus on relevant data modeling, researching marketing attribution models, and leading a team of data analysts to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote options available), Klaipėda, and Riga.

Salary: 4500-6500 EUR/month gross.

What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and solve data issues related to data quality, discrepancies, and missing data.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data solutions.
• Leverage dbt for complex modeling problems, focusing on performance, robustness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers, data, and AI engineers to develop a state-of-the-art media buying tool.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of relevant data modeling.
• Employ GCP tools (dbt, Airflow, and Looker) to enhance data quality and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of proven SQL skills to join and manipulate data.
• Experience with ETL and warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication skills for sharing information and findings.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning.

Nice to have

• Experience working with dbt.
• Experience with analytics tracking tools (e.g., Snowplow, GA4).
