What you will do

• Support implementation and adoption of a centralized data platform to consolidate and standardize data.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines, storage layers, and semantic models.
• Design scalable and reusable data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand data needs and enable self-service analytics.
• Contribute to data platform governance and evolution.
• Drive improvements in data quality, process automation, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Porto, Portugal
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Spark/PySpark, Python, and experience with Databricks and SAP Datasphere.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, and Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Previous involvement in enterprise change or business transformation programs.
