What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential technology partners within the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and co-development initiatives between engineering teams.
  • Work with Commercial teams to enable joint sales and marketing efforts to drive regional revenue.
  • Provide regional market intelligence and feedback on partner effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within the EMEA region.
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard technology partners.
  • Strong technical understanding of partner offerings and ability to facilitate technical integration.
  • Willingness to travel 25% internationally.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • An MBA or advanced degree.
  • Fluency in any other major European language.
