ProdOps & Support Engineer (AI): Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting ’s production environment, debugging ETL processes, and conducting data QA. Focus on ensuring system reliability, solving technical issues for customers, and integrating new technologies into a scalable platform.
Location: Must be based in Brazil

What you will do
- Monitor, maintain, and support ’s production environment.
- Lead integration projects and customer requests (data/application-oriented).
- Investigate and debug ETL processes.
- Conduct data QA and analysis using Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery.
- Perform configuration management.
- Communicate directly with customers to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer facing role required.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong technical skills and experience with SQL.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with software technologies like web/mobile SDK, APIs, SQL, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise-grade customers.
- Experience debugging issues in web applications (logs, networking).
- Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, Kibana, or Elastic.
- Understanding of networking terminologies and functionality (DNS, HTTP, ports).
- Experience in SaaS B2B.
