Requirements

• 4+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions within an SDLC context.
• Proven track record developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and server development.
• Experience guiding teams through technology transitions and digital/AI transformation programs.
• Must be based in Portugal for hybrid work in Porto.
